[wdmaudiodev] newbie:Sampling rate conversion with the current MSVAD sample

Hi All,
Can we do sample rate conversion from 44100 to 48000 using the current MSVAD
sample in WinDDK?
I tried changing the simple.h file making MAX_ and MIN_ Sample rate to
48000.
But when i play a file at 44100, i see that the MSVAD has captured it at
48000 and the audio runs very fast. Slow songs now play fast.
Is there anyway where i can do the sample rate on the captured audio and
save it in 48000 without affecting the audio content.
I read that KMixer has a sampling rate conversion, how can i make use of it
in the MSVAD sample?
Please guide me.
