I guess it is not such a good idea just to return from an ADOProcess call when
some encoding supposed to be done, is it?

But it is a good idea to return processed results of a previous ADOProcess
call, submitting data of the current ADOProcess call to the driver, the only
question is how to handle the very first call. Any bright ideas?
One perfectly valid answer is to return silence -- a buffer of zeros. You'll
introduce one buffer's worth of latency. It's up to you to decide whether
that's a reasonable price to pay.
