Since I already have a bus driver, this will be an easy solution to implement. I just wished that I posted here sooner so that I would not have been pulling out my hair for so long, arg. Thanks for your reply. I just working on WDM driver but system refuses to load my driver in response to _ever link_ RtlWriteRegistryValue and alike funcs!!! So - How driver can read&write registry??!! Do anyone know how to access registry from kernel-mode WDM driver AT ALL!!?? -- Best regards, ns mailto:neslon@xxxxxxxxx ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 12 Sep 1997 10:14:19 +0400 From: ns <neslon@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: (no subject) Hello waldemar, I've just surprised that system _do agree_ to load your driver with such funcs as RtlQueryRegistryValues or ZwSetValueKey and alike. My problem is that system DO NOT EVER START ENTRY POINT of my driver when I ever link such a funcs! As I can see in debugger it opens binary of my driver, reads some piece - and refuse to load as it see that Rtl... or Zw... funcs calls present!!! May be there is no system DLL with such funcs? -- Best regards, ns mailto:neslon@xxxxxxxxx ------------------------------ End of wdmaudiodev Digest V2 #120 ********************************* ****************** WDMAUDIODEV addresses: Post message: mailto:wdmaudiodev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subscribe: mailto:wdmaudiodev-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=subscribe Unsubscribe: mailto:wdmaudiodev-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe Moderator: mailto:wdmaudiodev-moderators@xxxxxxxxxxxxx URL to WDMAUDIODEV page: http://www.wdmaudiodev.de/ ****************** WDMAUDIODEV addresses: Post message: mailto:wdmaudiodev@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subscribe: mailto:wdmaudiodev-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=subscribe Unsubscribe: mailto:wdmaudiodev-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe Moderator: mailto:wdmaudiodev-moderators@xxxxxxxxxxxxx URL to WDMAUDIODEV page: http://www.wdmaudiodev.de/
