Hi,

I've had this issue as well. Some of my songs are quieter than others, and when
I try to amplify them, it doesn't work. I even tried Equalisation with them and
it didn't work. :(

Any help you can provide would be sincerely appreciated.

you could also use gain change shift g and turn
your sound lowder; that's about the same. The important is to make shure
individual tracks are selected, i suppose.

My problem is that the sound is quiet and I can't
amplify it to make it louder.

      Amplification not Amplifying

      Hi all.

I have a project I am unable to
amplify. It is consequently much quieter than similar projects I
      have successfully managed to amplify.

      Could anyone help?

Using latest audacity build with Windows
      xp.

      Many thanks.
