Hi Bonita,
you should be able to move the cursor to wherever you want to insert the audio, and then paste it there. Where are you wanting to insert some audio, and are not able to do so?

Hello Listers
I do hope my mail finds you all well.
My apologies if I’m asking a question that has already been
covered, I’m a newby user of Audacity.
My question is, how can I insert clips into a project without
having to move to the end of the track? At the moment, I can only
add things to an existing project, if I move my curser to the end
of the track and then paste something.
Hope my question make sense.
I’m using Audacity with NVDA.
Your help will be valued.
