If I import a 64 bit MP3 into Audacity; perform some effects on it, such
as noise reduction, compression, and reverb; is there any value to
exporting it to a higher MP3 bit-rate than 64? Will exporting to a
higher bit rate than 64 merely increase the size of the MP3 without
improving audio quality?
