Hello Vitr,
Thanks for you answers, but when I record a track with een microphone on a
track I hear it in one channel which I think is ok for recording because then
you can use the other channel for monitoring without you recording input, but I
can't change the pan of the track I recorded. Is is a track which is created
while i pressed record.
A stereo can be panned the way you explained.
Herman

  Hello again.

Well, i am amazed! Actually, i just made a test on real time panning and i
got a surprise.

Even if we are listening to what we have recorded, even while listening, we
can press shift p for pan and define a value. When pressing enter, the pan will
take effect and it's not necessary to stop playback to be processed. That does
not happen in Sound Forge. However i just made a small recording and that will
probably make some difference.

Hum, let's now try changing gain:

it works as well! Fantastic! The only thing you cannot do is undo the effect.
To do that, you must first stop playback and then press control z to undo.

  What about other effects?

woops! That does not apply. I'm seeing that we don't really need to select
the audio in a track to preview pan and gain, but in case of other effects, the
audio must be selected and cannot be previewed that way. Anny ways, being
possible to have an idea of how these 2 parameters at least are changing, is
cool.
