Hi Rich, just to point out that you can access the menus from anywhere in Audacity's main window. So, for example, when the Start selection control is the focus, you can open a menu from there, you don't have to first move back to the Track table. David. To refine the alignment, you can press control-F6 and tab over to the select time spin box and move the time by milliseconds. I usually move by 100 milliseconds each time either forward or backward to get the sync just right. After each change in time, press control-F6 twice to get back to the tracks and again press alt-t followed by a and c to realign. Listen to see where you are at that point. After two or three attempts, you should have it positioned nicely.
