After clean installing both Audacity 210 and 213 with no success at
solving why Audacity kept crashing, I called MS Disability Help. At
first, they wanted to blame Audacity. I showed them exactly what was
happening. Long story short, I had to roll back to the previous
Windows. Now Audacity works normally again.
