You can also invoke context menu on selection start/end boxes and turn on/off milliseconds there as well, if relevant.

the right/left arrow key (then spacebar to hear the result) once you
will get a really fine edit so that you can arrow until you get it to
nudge up perfectly to the audio start or end William
