Hi Lori,
I'm not Jackie, but you can customize your paper size and see if it
helps. Here's what you do:
Open your document
In the file menu find page set up and hit enter.
Control tab once and it should say paper size
You'll be in a list of paper sizes. Custom is at the bottom of the
list
Tab to height and enter something big, like maybe 20 inches
Hit enter and see if that removes the soft page breaks.

I deleted the .doc file I had been working on and used the zip file
again.
I changed the font to times new Roman the size to .11 and changed the
margins to one inch or left and right. I got the page count down
from 170
to 138, but the book has 89 pages.
I guess I can leave the soft page breaks in, but just don't like
having them
there.
What do you think? Is there anything else I can do to remove them?

U know, Laurie, I'll never understand computers as long as I live--&
I've worked in a tech support capacity &/or repairin 'em for almost
20
years now. I had absolutely no soft page breaks when I uploaded the
book.
Let's try changing the font--press ctrl a to select all, then alt o
for format. Choose something generic like aerial or times new roman &
set the font size to 8 or 10 or something similar & see what u get.
