If you press control+shift+8 on the number row you'll turn/off these
characters. This is a toggle.

Hey Guys,
While I was fixing my borders issue, I hit a wrong key combo, and now my
JAWS says stuff like space marker between every word, and paragraph
marker at the beginning of every new paragraph.
I'm not even sure what that's called or I would Google how to fix it.
And I'm not sure what key combo I hit, so I can't hit it again to see if
it toggles.
Thanks for any advice on this.
