Exactly, and even if a seven year old did download a Stephen King novel that seven year old would likely give it up pretty quickly. Then in that case what is the problem? Well, there are some pretty bright seven year olds out there and I suspect that a few would like Stephen King and understand it. In that case, again, what is the problem? The specific seven year old would be reading something that was appropriate for that specific seven year old even if it was not appropriate for most seven year olds.

Hey Guys;
I think that we are missing here is the obvious...children will more than
likely read the books of the authors they enjoy or "know" about unless some
other exposure to another author is made. I am putting my money that a
7-9-year old will not download Stephen King's It but instead go for a Eric
Carl novel.
