[bksvol-discuss] Re: An Idea About Growing The Volunteer Population

I like the idea of just dropping in on the innumerable literary discussion
lists on the Internet and explaining it to them with a link to the volunteer
page. I have done that myself on a couple of lists, but I can't know about all
of them and I haven't taken the time yet to research where I can find others.
I expect, though, that most of you know about a few of them. I, of course,
have no idea of how effective I have been. In a message dated 8/11/2008

Hi Jim,

That is probably something that would need to be okayed by bookshare staff.

Hi,
If Bookshare isn't registered on volunteer.gov, do you think this would be
a good idea?

Thanks.
