Hi Dan, A while back, someone suggested that we shrink fonts if necessary because the stripping software doesn't preserve much font information. Perhaps that will keep things together better if all kinds of fonts are messing things up. Thanks. However, she is having a problem with one of them. The first few pages appear to be ok. Once she moves beyond them though the pages switch to landscape instead of portrait. She changes the setting in page setup and changes the margins. She clicks ok and gets an error saying the margins settings are not compatible. She says visually the margins look ok and everything looks like it fits on the pages as they should. She also has a problem with section breaks showing up. They are a problem because she can't get rid of them. I suggested that she change her page settings to a larger page and put in page breaks. She did this and they still show up. I guess they are not automatic section breaks like I though they were. I had her do a find/replace to change ^b to something else. That just messed up the formatting big time. She just about strangled me. ;-)) I had her do a undo and she is ok again. Does anyone know how to handle the section breaks and the page orientation? Thanks.
