[bksvol-discuss] Are Page Numbers Enough?

Hello,
Does a validated document need both page breaks and page numbers? A
validator not on either Bookshare list has asked. It appears his document is
well defined with page numbers but page breaks are not being heard by his
screen reader.
If anyone can help with this, I will send the response to the inquirer.
