Don't bother with that one even if you do have a copy. Bookshare has already responded to the quality report with the promise to rescan it. I expect that they are already in the process of obtaining a copy and that it will be outsourced for proofreading. If you want to do some sf BSOs then take a look at this list of 338 science fiction and fantasy books in fair condition. My experience with Bookshare fair condition is that they are unreadable. Here is the link: https://www.bookshare.org/search?libraryToSearch=bookshare&title=&author=&isbn=&publisher=&synopsis=&bookKeywords=&booksToSearch=ALL&qualities=FAIR&language=&grade=&sortOrder=RELEVANCE&disableSortOrder=TITLE&categories=Science+Fiction+and+Fantasy&_categories=on&search=Advanced+Search

I have a copy of that. If nobody speaks up, I'll see what shape it's in.
If you find others, either send direct to me or please post here. Especially if it's SF.
Thanks.
Thanks.

    As a matter of fact, I recently did a quality report on a book
    that was designated as excellent on its metadata page. It was They
    Walked Like Men by Clifford D. Simak. Despite the excellent rating
    of the quality I found scanning errors on most every page. It was
    certainly not fair. Those are unreadable. I judged it to be good
    and I said that in my quality report. I think it was about a week
    or so later that I got an email informing me that it would be
    rescanned.

    Go to the book in the collection that is not truly Excellent and

    happen; it may go back to the checkout queue as a BSO; but if no
    one takes it to proof and correct you can scan it and submit it
as a replacement. Or perhaps a better thing would be for you to scan and submit it with a note in the comments that it's a
    replacement for one in the collection that is far from Excellent;

        be to scan and submit all the books which are called
        excellent and which are not. I have heard of these from a
        former subscriber who quit in disgust at the appearance of
        mislabeling. I want to do what I can to upgrade as much of
        the collection as I can from the collection of books which I
        have. My local library is very small and it would be better
        for me to use my own collection of books I have available to me.

            I don't know quite what you mean by when we upgraded;
            when books were rejected for being less than good? what
            is it you'd like to do, or have done; make a list of all
            books in the collection rated Fair or poor and have them
            put on the checkout list as BSOs? that sounds good to
            me I could take them as I have time and proof and improve
            them; (I have quite a few things to do first so it would
            take a while but it's the kind of project I'd like.

                the "good" list. I will get to those when I have
                time.  But what I'd like
                to do at this point is to narrow down when we
                upgraded quality.  Does anyone
                remember when that was? I had been using 2005.
                Thanks for the input and Happy Thanksgiving to all.
