I didn't know what a Lorelard was so I googled; after I was referred to Lorillard (cigarette company) I saw that you had said "Lorelard add" [sic] smile That would be surprising to find in the middle of a book.i.e., the ad would be; I can understand the word used as a substitute for the noun cigarette, e.g., I was smoking a Lorillard when I bumped into ...."
