Hi Sue,

I think they are smart quotes.  If not, they're some kind of quotes that we
don't want, and you can use the instructions I just sent you that are a
little different from the ones Melissa sent you.

Try both, see which you prefer.

If Melissa's find and replace doesn't work, then you're right, the things
you're seeing aren't smart quotes, but they are still not what you want.  If
Melissa's fix doesn't work, mine will.

It isn't a matter of what my screen reader says, but rather how the quotes
look in Braille.  I do not think they are smart quotes though.

If your screen reader says open quote or close quote, instead of just quote,
you have smart quotes. I couldn't describe them to you visually, though.
