[bksvol-discuss] Re: Copyright question - no copyright holder on title page

Tracy,

Did the submitter have someone sighted confirm that the copyright holder is
missing?

If so, then I don't believe this book is eligible to be in the collection
since it doesn't include the copyright holder. I've included the relevant
passage from the instructions below. The key phrase is " including a name".

You can ask Gustavo, though, before rejecting it since you've probably
already put some time in cleaning it up.

You should also probably do a search for the word "copyright" to make sure a
more complete copyright notice isn't located somewhere else in the book
before going to the trouble of asking Gustavo.

Sorry,

Gerald

* Confirm that the book contains complete copyright information, including a
name and date. Even if you are sure the book is in the Public Domain, the
original copyright information must be included.
