O.k. just making sure I am doing this right before I actually attempt it.
To delete a page on the Braillenote, I need to.

Find the ed sign and the f, for a new page. Do a top of block, then find the
last character before the next ed sign plus f, for the next page, do a
bottom of block and then delete block. Will this do what I want. I am
trying to edit out duplicate pages, as my rule, if all else fails, scan it
twice, if you don't remember you didn't scan it in the first place.

Thanks for the help.

Never let mistakes or wrong directions, of which every man falls
into many, discourage you. There is precious instruction to be
got by finding where we were wrong.
