If Warner Bros. is the end of the sentence, then the
apostrophe should be deleted--but if there is more,
e.g., something that identifies Steve Trilling as
Warner Bros.' vice president, then yes, that would
belong, although I'd probably have chosen to write the
word Brothers out, just because it looks better with
the apostrophe.

Is the word "say" after Production Department in the
file, or is it says? Which word it is does affect the
meaning, i.e., either word is correct depending on
what Steve Trilling meant. I hate collective nouns.
