If you have signed up as a volunteer through Bookshare, the staff doesn't need
any notification that you wish to earn credits. They will automatically credit
your account for each submission and validation that gets approved. If you
need to verify your disability, there's a way on the website for them to get in
touch withNLS. It's in step 2 of the member sign up process I believe.
