It was me! I must have misunderstood the conversation about English quotes.
I am two-thirds through the book now so I have to make it the same all the
way through. However, I thought someone said our quotes were easier to read
in braille so I have changed them on a couple of British books. However, it
is a pain in the you know where, and I am very happy to know my book will
not be sent back to me by the admin for not changing them. Believe me, it
is very tedious. I've done it before and the books went through.

I have never changed the quotes when proofreading books from the UK.
