The last time I called Amazon I just Googled the phrase "customer service" and the word Amazon and the number was right at the top of the results.

The way I get ahold of them now, and the way they seem to prefer is to go to the Help page, then click on the Contact link. You have to fill out a form with a couple of combo boxes that try to narrow down your issue, and you give a preference as to how you’d like to contact Help. If it’s by phone, you’ll get a place to enter your callback number and when you enter that and click on the Call Me link, your phone will ring almost instantly. You may experience a hold, usually very brief in my experience, and then you’ll be connected to someone.

Good Afternoon All Booksharians,

Can someone please send me the telephone number for Amazon.com? We have subscribed to our local newspaper and are trying to unsubscribe to it; so far, we have been unable to successfully do so online. Thanks in advance.

Susan
