Hi Susan. I enjoy using those commands in Excel too. I also when selecting information from many cells would hit the shift key with the right arrow till the end of the row and then the down arrow to sellect the rest of the information. Then hit Control C to copy or control X to cut. Control V to paste what you copied into the clip board and then go to the place you want to copy it and paste the infromation. Vwala!
