Rather than arrowing to the right and then arrowing down to the bottom try
pressing control A. In a message dated 8/1/2008 4:51:46 A.M. Pacific Daylight

Hi Susan. I enjoy using those commands in Excel too. I also when selecting
information from many cells would hit the shift key with the right arrow
till the end of the row and then the down arrow to sellect the rest of the
information. Then hit Control C to copy or control X to cut. Control V to
paste
what you copied into the clip board and then go to the place you want to copy
it and paste the infromation. Vwala! It should be there. Sorry for my
long explanation.

Good Morning Bookshare Friends,

Just wanted to thank all of you for your help with my Excel question. Using
the copy and paste commands saves many key strokes, doesn't it? Try to stay
cool, have a fantastic Friday and an even better weekend.

Susan
