Hi Monica!  ...  "Traveling with the Dead", and "Those who Hunt the Night".  
Both vampire books, by Barbara Hambly.  Both set in - oh, set in the late 
1800's.  Both, in my opinion, quite good.  Thanks for the welcome.  Mark.

One of the great things about this list is that people teach each 
other how to get better scans or how to make book validation go more 
smoothly. This is a great bunch of people, and my life is richer for 
knowing them. Please feel free to ask questions about things that 
you don't understand. Most of us have asked those same questions 
when we started volunteering. Happy reading.
