I downloaded a book, and read enough to no that it should be in the
collection. It's Magi Cats 2. But I cannot find the book! where did

I am using word 2007, and I thought I saved it, but I can't find it

Phyllis, do you mean that you have already opened the file in Word? If
that's the case, it will probably be in the file menu in the list of
the five most recently used files. If it isn't, check to see where
MSIE put it. I suspect that it is probably in My Documents. Windows,
unless it's drastically changed its MO, usually puts stuff in My
Documents unless you tell it differently.
If all else fails use the search feature under the start menu and see
if you can find the file.
