After scanning the Babe Ruth cookbook, I was hot dog bun hungry and noticed
this book we have in our kitchen that has been used widely and talked about
with such kindness. It is basically from a very popular local company here
but they do take orders from far and wide. So I thought maybe I'd just help
spread the word and give it the old college try to scan it. Of course it
took longer than I originally felt it would, and I took some of the extra
time needed to correct the scan errors on each page of the fractions for the
ingredients.
The one that made me laugh most was instead of saying 1 egg it would say
legg.
So if you make a loaf of bread and find a leg in it, ha ha.
The recipes are actually pretty good.
So if any validator wants to take it on, I will retain the Exact View file
and can hunt up any scanos that I missed. But I did my best to catch them
as I went and ran the spell checker with it as well.
