Rik, Thanks for all your effort. Having validated a couple of cookbooks for people, I know how tedious it can be to go through and fix the fractions in the ingredients lists. I'm sure those who enjoy cooking--and I'm not one of them--smile--will enjoy your cookbook and thing of you gratefully.
