HI Jake, 

That's it then. The recent file I was working on (To have and to hold) I
left in RTF. 

Here is another thing I found in this file. I left it in RTF format and for
some reason K1000 added about 120 extra pages in it. Since I was already
committed to the book I went through and found the blank pages. It also had
many places where the full page was there and the next page would just have
the page number on it. Is this caused by random extra page breaks in the
doc? Would converting this file originally to KES avoid this problem? 
Also, I think there was a discussion at one point but is there a way to find
blank pages in a doc?

Hi Katie,
    This feature to my knowledge is only available in KES format. Several 
other features are similarly restricted, many also work in DAISY as well 
though.
