You're not kidding it's rare. I had trouble finding it
anywhere so I googled. Are you ready to pay $750 or
more? smile You might be interested in this
information that I found (below my signature).
However, you might try writing to Sue Grafton if she
has a web site and asking if she'd republish it and
send a copy to bookshare. Nothing ventured ... Maybe
she still has a copy and will sell it less than
dealers are selling it.

* Kinsey and Me (Bench Press, 1991)
"C" is for Collectible, I guess. This rarity was
published by Grafton herself, and collects her short
stories and an intro on her writing. Only 300 copies
were printed, each signed, numbered and slipcased, and
was available only by mail order from Grafton herself.
Dealers are currently asking $750.00 or even more for
a copy.
