It's actually worse than that because even if you remove all the headings at 
the tops of pages, that stripper may still take out chapter titles at the 
beginnings of chapters. I've seen it happen. It even removed the first part 
of the title of the book on the title page on a book I validated. That text 
wasn't repeated anywhere else.
