Hi,

I generally tend to check the ISBN's against various sources before I submit
to avoid errors.  The system is verry specific about what it will and what
it will not accept.

Hi Shelly,
I've had the same experience. All there needs to be is one character in the
Isbn misscanned and the system chokes on it. When I submit textbooks I'll
make an effort to get the ISBN accurate, but otherwise I give up!
