Given the vast number of books on step 1, There are many books on step 1. Many have been there for a long time "languishing" as you put it. Many of these "languishing" books do not have "hold for" in the title. I for one welcome efforts on your part to get languishing books off step 1, giving them the careful validating they need. Please leade "hold for" books alone out of courtesy to the submitter and validator in question.
