I have a book with page breaks, but the pages aren't numbered. Do I make
some guesses? Must they be numbered? The scan looks excellent, but it looks
like when the submitter took out the headers, the numbers were removed, too.
It's a 99.5 on ratings, so it's going to be an excellent scan.
