I've noticed that about the progress bar.  It reports 99% at the same time,
almost to the second, no matter what the file size is.

    I have seen this bug occur running the latest version 10.05. Also, when 
this bug occurs, the file actually uploads, and then the page returns with 
an error telling you that the file you uploaded doesn't appear to be a valid

RTF.

Also--the progress bar in Internet Explorer is a joke, and is pretty much 
unreliable.
