Hey, Monica and everyone! Thanks for the tips. I do the keyboard sequence, but for some reason, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why this is the case! <LOL> And sometimes it makes this constant chime sound, and Jaws won't even talk to me when it's in one of those table messages!I can usually eventually make it work, but it's just not as streamlined as in previous versions of Outlook and Outlook express. Still, that just may be the nature of the beast in Windows 7, as good as it gets with email for now! <Smile> Thanks, dear!! Hi Jana. I use outlook 2007 and in many emails I get, they do look like tables. Just hit alt followed by h. Then hit x followed by v. The page will open in your internet browser and you should be able to read it as a regular email message. Hope this helps. Hi there. I don't like Windows 7 much either. I'm using Outlook and JAWS 13. If the e-mail looks like it displays as a table, particularly for newsletters, hit control, shift, and w. Hope this helps. Hey, guys! I've recently experienced a serious hard drive crash, and I ended up having to upgrade to Windows 7. For email, I'm using Outlook 2007, but I really don't like it at all, especially where newsletters or advertisements are concerned. Even with Jaws 13, it seems like you have to jump through a lot of hoops. Does anybody know of something else that might be a little easier?
