Windows Live Mail was completely unsatisfactory for me. It kept crashing and finally I could not get it uncrashed. Someone on the JAWS support list sent me a link to install Thunderbird and after I took some time to learn my way around in it, it works just fine for me. I am using it with JAWS 13 and Windows 7.
