I do not like to cook at all. In fact, more often than not I'd prefer not to eat than to cook, but the Foreman is one thing which I use fairly regularly.;
As to the Foreman book, I was given one bought from NBP called "The George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook". My copy is in braille, or I would have copy/pasted the contents into a message for you. Thinking the contents may be up on NBP's website I went up there and found not only this book, but they also have one called "George Foreman's Indoor Grilling Made Easy (FOREMAN) book about grilling", so if you are interested in buying one, make sure it is the one you want. By the way, besides being in hardcopy braille they also have them in electronic formats so that you can read them on your notetakers
By the way, the website does list a number of the included recipes in each, but I didn't see a full table of contents.

In yur opinion is the George Forman cookbook worth the money? I am currently doing chicken and fish fish on my grill and that's about it. I really didn't do much cooking until I got married. My to-be husband bought me the Evelyn Lee cookbook from Braille Institute before our marriage; smart man! I still occasionally use that book although by now it is falling apart. The author was blind and in my opinion it is much better than APH's cooking without looking. I also still have a copy of the one volume Braille Cookbook which was offered free of charge by apparently APH which I still occasionally refer to. I realize I am aging myself by telling you all about these books, but I'm curious to know if any of the rest of you have them. Of course now I have several cookbooks on my BrailleNote. Isn't Web Braille about the best thing that's come along for braille readers since NLS was first authorized?

I got one of those last Christmas. I actually can cook burgers without
turning them over. I bought the cookbook for it from National Braille
Press. I like to cook, but there's something about being seven months
pregnant that really zaps my energy. My husband thinks I am being lazy, but
I swear, I am just really tired.
