But they shouldn't have been on the sidewalk. That's
still illegal and inconvenient for anyone walking,
blind or not. I'm even afraid to park on the street
blocking my own driveway for fear of getting a ticket.
Police don't seem to care whether it's one's own or
someone else's driveway that's being blocked.
