Try going to Control Panel, click on "Date and Time" and correct it there.

  Sorry for the off topic, but my computer is set to change to daylight 
savings time on the first Sun. of April.  Instead of that, we changed today. 
Okay, here is my problem.

  When I send myself a test message in Outlook Express it has what it 
should:  3-11-2006.  However, if I hit reply, it says:  Sent Sunday, March 
25, 2007.  How can I fix this?  I cannot find the days of the week and days 
of the month in date/time under control panel.
