Natalie, please do file quality issue reports on them regarding the missing lines. There is obviously something wrong with the conversions, and Bookshare staff need to know about it. In my experience they've been very good about pulling PQ books and reprocessing them when stuff like this is discovered.

The books probably don't have page breaks, as they come from Harlequins' ebooks. Those books don't have page breaks in the electronic versions for ebook readers, so they aren't go to have page breaks in the Bookshare versions, either. smile.

Hell list, I know this is off topic, but this has been on my mind for a couple of weeks and I finally had to bring it up. I've been reading a bunch of the Harlequin publisher qualitybooks lately. However, I'm finding that when I put them on my Booksense, they only contain one page. I also notice that sometimes, it seems as though there are lines missing from the bottom of certain pages, because a line of dialogue will suddenly be read that makes no sense to what I was reading a second ago. It did occur to me to go to the book's info page and report this as a quality issue, but this happening with pretty much every single PQ Harlequin I've read lately. And I've read quite a few. It didn't seem worth it. I stopped scanning Harlequins because they would eventually be replaced. And I can't help commenting that so far the PQ books put into the Bookshare system are...well, disappointing. Thanks for letting me comment.
