Thank you Ryan and Sue and those who understood what I was trying to say and maybe didn't express it as well as I could have. In no way was I trying to represent anyone's opinions but my own. And I copied Carry and Pavi because although I know they read the list when they have time they'll read a direct letter more quickly and will know it's only my opinion. Elizabeth, maybe you have figured out by reading recent posts that the option I was suggesting was to leave Excellent-rated volunteer-processed books in the collection and add the PQ books as well, rather than replacing the former. I'll send you the letter I posted that explaines what I mean offlist rather than posting it again here. And believe me, I have read and validated Poor and Fair books, and perfected them--in the days before you convinced me to reject them--and I can imagine how torturous it must be for a anybody, blind or not, to read them. It's not pleasant for a sighted person, either, except that fixing all the errors and making the books pleasurable reading does give one a feeling of satisfaction.
