Laura Ann,

Smart Computing
is a magazine published monthly which has a column called:

<Action Editor>

its by-line is:

<Can't seem to get a response from a vendor or manufacturer? If you need help, we're here for you.>

If you continue to have difficulties with your scanner and tech. support, I would recommend contacting the Action Editor and spelling out your problem. It is surprising what a little National level negative press, and digging by someone who gets a pay check to be a pain-in-the-***, can accomplish.

Before someone asks, Smart Computing, is 1 of the magazines available as part of the NLS pilot daisy test. I'm not sure about their web braille offerings.

hth,

Dave

hello,
I have had to contact Plustec about the opticbook 3600 scanner at least 4 to 5 times in the past month.
