[bksvol-discuss] Problem Downloading Books

Hi Booksharians,
 
Is anyone having trouble downloading books from Bookshare? I have tried to
download several and received the message "error 41, content not available
to user". Does this mean I have exceeded the number of books allowed or
what? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
