G. Cindy,

I'm not really acquaiqed with the methods of correcting and validting
books that people are using. My experience is with using word
processors. The Bookshare staff should give guidelines on how to use
"notetakers", etc. A manual in the form of a FAQ sounds like a good
idea.

Incidentally, I dislike the term "notetaker", because it is misleading. 
The term should be "Braille PDA".
