Hello Kim, you can get RegistryBooster for $39 from

You will have to utilize the JAWS to PC cursor to start the scan and then to
fix the errors in your registry. If anyone can think of ones similar to this
that are more screen reader friendly than this, let me know, I'm trying to
compile a list for future reference for other people I know who are looking for
tools like this that are a bit more screen reader friendly because I can
definitely tell you that this software that I just recommended is not very
screen reader friendly, but does the job.

Kim may need to check for registry errors with a program called registry
boost tool and fix them with it, I'll find the link and give it to you Kim if
you want. That is what fixed several issues I had lately with IE8 and some
sound card/Skype issues.
