Hi, Chela, this is an unfamiliar thing to me. It's really funny but I can
talk okay on Skype but not at places like for-the-people.com or
blindcooltech.com. If you tell me about this program, I don't know anything
about it nor how to use it. If someone needs access to my computer, will
this tool make it possible for me to stay connected in chat rooms or in a
Jaws Tandem session or if someone from samobile.net is helping me out?

Kim may need to check for registry errors with a program called registry
boost tool and fix them with it, I'll find the link and give it to you Kim
if you want. That is what fixed several issues I had lately with IE8 and
some sound card/Skype issues.
